The Optimist Club of Green Bay sells Shell/Grand Central Station gas cards as a way to raise funds to subsidize our community based youth activities. The Club purchases gas cards at a discount directly from Titletown Oil Company in Green Bay. The cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 increments and can be used at the pump, in-store, or car wash at any Shell or Grand Central Station outlets. This gas gift card program is the perfect and easy way for our Optimist Club to earn money to support our Club’s youth-based programs.
All proceeds from the sale of the raffle calendars will benefit programs put on by the Green Bay Optimist Club including Little League Baseball, Softball and. Bambino. Cash prizes are available. Every calendar purchased for $10 enters you once in EVERY daily raffle. To enter more than one time, purchase an additional calendar for $10. To enter, fill out the form at the bottom of the calendar and mail it to PO Box 938, Green Bay, WI 54305, along with a check made payable to “Optimist Club of Green Bay Foundation”. Winners will be posted daily on the Green Bay Optimist Club Facebook page and website. Prized will be mailed within one week to the address provided on your entry form. Raffles take place annually from June-August.
Since 1960, the Optimist Club of Green Bay has raised funds by selling Green Bay Packers Yearbooks. Our Club orders the Yearbooks from the publisher in July, which then allows us to sell these Yearbooks to Packers fans in our local community before they are available in retail stores. In addition to selling to individual fans, we also sell the Yearbooks to local businesses, who then use them as promotional items for their clients and customers. To minimize our Club’s financial risk, the publisher provides the Packers yearbooks on a consignment arrangement, which means our Club is only charged for the actual books sold. They have made this. arrangement because they understand that all the profits from this fundraising activity support many youth-based. activities in the Greater Green Bay community.
