He also served as Secretary (1981–1982) and contributed significantly as Bulletin Writer (1984–1988, 1993–1994). His service extended beyond the club level as well, becoming Lieutenant Governor for Zone 7 (1991–1992) and District Secretary/Treasurer (1992–1993).
Robert played a key role in forming the Club’s Foundation, organized the family picnic for many years, and sponsored several new members throughout his long tenure. His enduring dedication left a lasting and meaningful impact on the club and its community.
